Building Services Maintenance Firm Launches Income Protection Scheme

Bosses at Combined Technical Solutions have announced a new Income Protection Scheme for their 171 team members.

This includes anyone working for Combined Technical Solutions (CTS) from a TUPE transfer and is free for all employees who have completed two years of service at the company.

If an employee becomes ill with a long-term medical condition, this scheme means that the policy will pay 75 per cent of that person’s salary after 13 weeks of absence, for a period of 24 months.

Director Bryan McLaggan commented: "In these uncertain times the CTS team have looked at many ways to look after our people and their families. We are proud to announce that, all our 171 team members, will benefit from our new Income Protection Scheme.
