• Celnor Group Acquires Majority Share of Assurity Consulting

Celnor Group, a specialist in testing, inspection, certification, and compliance, has acquired a majority share of Assurity Consulting Ltd.

This new ownership structure will provide long-term stability, additional investment, and greater opportunities for business growth, whilst allowing Assurity Consulting to continue to operate as an independent workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance consultancy.

Assurity has commented that the culture and values of the company will stay the same,  with no interruption to services.  

Simon Parrington, Celnor Group CEO, commenting on the deal said, “Assurity Consulting fits very well into the Celnor Group, providing vital and expert workplace health, safety and environmental compliance services to organisations and extending the Group’s capability and geographic coverage.
