This new ownership structure will provide long-term stability, additional investment, and greater opportunities for business growth, whilst allowing Assurity Consulting to continue to operate as an independent workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance consultancy.
Assurity has commented that the culture and values of the company will stay the same, with no interruption to services.
