Read Full ArticleNew building consultancy Contollo Group has added MEP services company ESP Limited to its acquisition portfolio.
This is the fourth acquisition deal from the company, who acquired Abacus, MBA and TACE in 2024. The overall company headcount now stands at over 160.
Engineering Services Partnership (ESP) specialises in servicing clients in the critical facilities, data centres, commercial and retail sectors and has regional offices inCroydon, Peterborough, Edinburgh and Manchester.
Contollo Group plans to acquire seven more businesses over the next three years.
Ruth Percival, CEO of Contollo Group, said: “This partnership will allow us to combine the extensive strengths and sector experience of ESP with the expertise and existing MEP capabilities of the Contollo team.
