Excellerate Services UK has acquired Glasgow-based GSA.

GSA offers professional cleaning & support services to some of the UK's most prestigious clients in retail, distribution centres, and roadside services.

This acquisition will enhance Excellerate Services UK's (ESUK) national footprint, complementing the 2021 acquisition of CCM Facilities Ltd. Excellerate Group has further growth plans in the UK, with more acquisitions rumoured to be in the pipeline.

ESUK delivers cleaning and security services across the UK and Ireland and is part of the broader Excellerate Group who has operations across Africa and the UAE. 

With her existing management team remaining, Gwyneth Fleming, Business Owner & CEO, will provide support for the full integration of GSA. In a statement about the acquisition, she said: “It was important to me that the GSA brand and our teams could continue growing and building on the success achieved to date. I truly believe that being part of the Excellerate family will enhance the opportunities going forward and wish everyone every success in the future.”
