OCS's Acquisition of FES FM and FES Support Services

OCS doubled the size of its hard services division by acquiring FES FM and FES Support Services from Forth Holdings Limited. The acquisition means OCS will employ over 4,000 engineers, making it one of the largest hard services businesses in the UK.

Pareto's Acquisition of M&E Firm Sowga

Pareto acquired the maintenance and compliance services business Sowg, allowing Pareto to expand its technical services division as it transitions into the Pareto Group, as the parent company of Pareto FM.

Compass Group’s Acquisition of CH&CO

Compass Group UK & Ireland completed the deal to acquire the catering company, CH&CO, where brands Gather & Gather, Vacherin and Company of Cooks will join Compass’ group of companies. CH&CO employs 10,000 people supporting over 900 clients across 1,000 locations.

MRI Software’s Acquisition of Capita One

MRI Software acquired Capita One in September 2024. The deal was first announced in July 2024 and the necessary regulatory conditions for the transaction have now been obtained.

Apleona Buys German HVAC Specialist

Apleona acquired the ventilation and air conditioning company Air for All, based in Gerlingen near Stuttgart.
