Hygiacura Group Acquires Sector Support Services

A new facilities management investment vehicle has acquired Bedford-based cleaning services provider Sector Support Services Limited.

Hygiacura Group Limited, led by Sacha Jakovljevich, has acquired Sector Support Services Limited for an undisclosed sum.

Sector Support Services Limited specialises in cleaning and FM services tailored to educational, medical, and industrial sites and was set up by Director Tony Scozzari in 2020.

Sector's team of over 150 professional staff and their expertise in specialised cleaning will allow us to offer an even broader range of services and reach more clients across the UK.”

Hygiacura currently has approximately 12 companies within its deal pipeline and is looking for strategic acquisition opportunities in the commercial cleaning and FM market.

“This is an exciting new chapter for Hygiacura,” added Sacha. “Our vision is to become the go-to provider of commercial cleaning and facilities management solutions in the UK, while also driving positive change within the industry.
