Read Full ArticleJones FM, the London-based facilities management company, has been supported with a share buyback funding package by finance provider ThinCats.
Experiencing significant growth over the last nine years, Jones FM now employs over 100 employees across 44 blue-chip real-estate sites throughout London and the South.
The team manage numerous engineering services across the commercial sector, including planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance, fabric maintenance, project support drainage systems and energy management. Recent projects include M&E maintenance at 160 Queen Victoria Street and static maintenance at 20 Old Bailey.
The company has won a number of awards in recent years including "Best Customer Focus," through the National Business Awards and "Best Business," in the Dartford & Gravesham awards.

The business was introduced to Thincats by Roger Fenwick at Mantra Capital, London-based financial consultancy firm.
