Read Full ArticleFM services provider Kingdom Services Group has completed its acquisition of recruitment business M C Personnel Ltd.
MC Personnel, which has over 400 employees, will be rebranded as Kingdom People. Director Danielle Cassidy will continue to lead the business.
The deal will allow the Kingdom Group to make use of MC Personnel’s recruitment expertise in the industrial, food, production, manufacturing, hospitality, and driving sectors throughout Kent, South East London and Essex.
Mike Rogers, COO of Kingdom People, said: “We are delighted to welcome the M C team, colleagues and customers to Kingdom. The acquisition of MC Personnel is an important step in the growth of Kingdom People as it becomes our 6th branch location and increases our footprint in core and new vertical markets including hospitality/catering and transport. The M C Personnel acquisition continues to shape the future of Kingdom People as we approach £100 million in revenue and also strengthens our Kent, Sussex and SE London proposition.”
Danielle Cassidy added: “Having successfully led and developed the MC Personnel business, we are now really pleased to be joining Kingdom Group. Having built great relationships with many leading organisations the business now moves into its next & exciting phase of development as the first South East recruitment arm for Kingdom People.
