Premier League Studios will lease 73,000 sq ft within the One Olympia office building, under a 20-year commitment.
Savills acted for Premier League Studios and CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and Savills acted for Olympia.
This new arm of the Premier League was announced in November 2024, in order to bring all international media content production and distribution in-house after a 20-year partnership with IMG, operating as Premier League Productions (PLP).
One Olympia will feature a communal lounge and 23,000 sq ft of conferencing space. The building as a whole is targeting WELL Platinum, BREAAM Excellent and an EPC Rating of A.
The 550,000 sq ft office building is part of the wider 14-acre redevelopment of Olympia, where architects SPPARC and Heatherwick Studio will open up public access to the site, with new amenities such as restaurants, hotels, office space and 2.5 acres of open space.
Flexible workspace provider IWG has already committed to over 70,000 sq ft of office space at the new site.
Paul Molnar, Chief Media Officer at the Premier League, said: “We are excited to be moving to Olympia in 2026 as part of our plans to establish a new in-house media operations business. Olympia will provide Premier League Studios with state-of-the-art offices and facilities that will help us create a best-in-class content service for our broadcast partners and millions of passionate fans around the world.”
