Read Full ArticleFramework provider Pagabo is inviting facilities management companies to bid for its newest framework offering.
The “Total Facilities Management Framework” includes hard and soft FM support services for sectors such as healthcare, blue light, infrastructure, education and leisure. It has a total estimated value of £814 million.
This national framework is split regionally. Each region will have seven suppliers, while three suppliers will cover the whole of the UK. The regions are:
The framework agreement is divided into six lots:
Jason Stapley, Chief Procurement Officer at Pagabo, said: “We have made this tender period eight weeks instead of six because it falls during the summer holidays. We expect this will help many suppliers and maintain the high levels of interest that our frameworks usually receive.”
After the tender period and evaluation process, the framework is anticipated to launch in October 2024, with Red Kite Learning Trust serving as the contracting authority.
