Liberty Hygiene First Independent Washroom Provider on ISS Preferred Supplier Platform

Liberty Hygiene First Independent Washroom Provider on ISS Preferred Supplier Platform
29 October 2025

Liberty Hygiene Services has officially become a Preferred Supplier on the ISS procurement platform, marking the first time an independent workplace hygiene provider has achieved this status.

The collaboration with ISS will initially focus on London and the Southeast, where Liberty Hygiene is already operational at several sites, with additional contracts expected to be transferred in the coming months.

ISS building managers and area managers can access Liberty Hygiene directly through their internal procurement system for new contracts and service enhancements in existing buildings.

The deal is part of ISS’s commitment to increasing spend through its social value supply chain partners. Liberty Hygiene is a certified B Corp, holding an overall score of 93.4, the highest among UK washroom service providers.

“Liberty Hygiene, as a B Corp, is a fantastic new addition that can offer the high service level with flexibility and support that our business demands,” said Kevin Juggins, Senior Procurement Manager at ISS.

“We look forward to Liberty making an immediate impact on our placemakers and clients.”

Liberty Hygiene CEO Scott Marshall added: “After years of hard work positioning Liberty as the perfect partner for major players in the FM and cleaning sector, I cannot begin to express how proud I am that the ISS procurement team have now recognised us as a serious contender for their washroom and matting offering.

"ISS were looking for a provider with a proven record of service excellence and, just as importantly, a company with ESG at its core.

“With Liberty, they found exactly that, we ticked every box. We cannot wait to show them why Liberty is the go-to company for hygiene solutions.”
