Infogrid has announced the appointment of Ani Abrahamian as the company’s new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and interim Chief Product Officer (CPO). Ani is the latest senior executive to be recruited as the business enters a new phase of growth, boosted by its recent global rebrand and ongoing mission to make every building more efficient, sustainable and healthier through smart technologies.
Ani brings a breadth of leadership experience in building and scaling successful global technology companies over the last 20 years. She joins Infogrid following three and a half years at Procore Technologies serving as SVP of Engineering. At Procore, Ani oversaw global engineering efforts to support the scale and growth of the engineering organisation, eventually leading to the company’s IPO in 2021. Prior to Procore Technologies, Ani held various leadership positions at Salesforce for over 13 years, where she played an instrumental role in developing and scaling the business’s mobile applications and products.
Ani Abrahamian, Infogrid CTO and interim CPO, said: “I’m delighted to join Infogrid during such a transformational time for the company. I am attracted to mission driven companies, and working with like-minded, driven individuals towards a collective vision - I couldn’t have found a better fit than Infogrid, with its mission to make the built environment more sustainable. As a builder by nature, scaling and nurturing engineering organisations is what really excites me, so I am looking forward to driving the next phase of Infogrid’s technology evolution and helping to change the face of building intelligence.”
Ani will work closely with other members of the C-suite team to drive the company’s growth, spearheading Infogrid’s tech function and strengthening its product portfolio. She is based in California, USA where she lives with her husband and two children. Ani’s daughter, who will be studying Environmental Science in the fall, influenced her search for a company with a sustainability focused mission.

Bidvest Noonan has strengthened its Irish senior management team with the recent promotion of Susan Howard to Operations Director for Healthcare.
Howard, who joined the firm in 2003, has deep expertise and knowledge of the healthcare sector and will enhance the service and value delivered to clients. In her new role, Howard takes ownership of Bidvest Noonan’s national healthcare portfolio in Ireland, covering both cleaning and security services.
Speaking on her promotion, Howard said: “I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to lead our healthcare operations for our business in Ireland. I look forward to building on the platform the business has created in recent years, and ensuring we have the expertise available to support all of our clients.”
Managing Director, Anthony Harman commented: “I am delighted that Susan has took up the role as Operations Director for our healthcare division. The need for a clean and safe environment in the healthcare sector is more important than ever before, and I have no doubt Susan is the right person to lead both our cleaning and security teams. Arcus FM has made two new appointments strengthening its Business Development team. Robert Lynch has been appointed as Arcus’ Sales Director. Robert joined the company at the start of May and has brought with him over 20 years' experience in FM, leading operational and sales teams in both hard services and total facilities management.
In this newly created role, Robert will be leading the business development team for Arcus. With an initial focus on making more and more customers aware of the outstanding capabilities of Arcus FM's operations and technology teams and the impact these could have on their current FM operation. Whether it is optimising FM spend, delivering on the net zero commitments, or reducing utility bills, our teams have proven solutions that we can implement.
Robert said, "One of the things I love about Arcus is the way it has truly integrated sensor technology into the way FM is delivered. Joining a business that is at the leading edge deploying technology to achieve outstanding FM, coupled with a great culture, is incredibly exciting to be part of."
At the start of April, Arcus also added Jillian Archibald as Business Development Director. Jillian comes from a strong background in facilities management having nearly 20 years of expertise within the soft services industry, focusing on cleaning, security and associated services, having built influential relationships securing businesses with large corporate clients and market leaders within the manufacturing, transport, public and education sectors.
Jillian said, "I am extremely excited about joining Arcus FM and being part of the five-year growth strategy developing our business partnerships both organically with existing clients and new partnerships across the retail and commercial market sector.
"In my first weeks with Arcus, I have met many influential and enthusiastic people who have all shown the same passion, commitment, and desire to continue to grow our business and deliver a winning solution for our clients through innovation and technology. I am a great believer that success comes from doing what you say you will and together, through collaboration and openness, I feel we can make a difference in the FM world through continuing to deliver exceptional services to our clients and delivering Arcus growth plans into the future."
