• Avrenim Announces Appointment of New CEO

Technical FM company Avrenim has announced the appointment of their new CEO, Simon Harris.

Liverpool-based Avrenim Group was set up in 2018 by Simon Mattravers and John Newberry, with an ambition to become the go-to facilities management provider in the North West. The business now employs over 100 staff at its Liverpool headquarters, and its clients include Warrington & Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Calderdale Council and the University of Salford

Simon has an extensive career within the industry spanning over thirty years, working at SPIE, Bilfinger Europa, Apleona and Managed Property Services Ltd.

Speaking of his new role at the company, he said: “I am delighted to be joining Avrenim Group as its new CEO – the company has a great reputation and has worked hard to position itself as a trusted advisor within key sectors”.

“Avrenim has an exciting future ahead of it, as we focus on our new strategic direction – to support businesses with their net-zero journey. I’m excited to lead our company through this new stage of our development, as we work to help organisations meet ambitious sustainability targets and secure a better future for everyone.”
