Read Full ArticleNurture Landscapes has acquired winter gritting and risk management specialist, DRP Client Services Ltd (trading as De-ice).
The deal was effective as of 1 August 2020, and is Nurture’s 26th acquisition.
De-ice will continue to trade under their current name throughout August and September and will rebrand as Nurture from 1 October 2020.
The operational side of De-ice's business will move to Nurture’s headquarters at Windlesham, and will be integrated into Nurture’s bespoke Ice Master database. An operational base will be kept in De-ice’s current head office location in Maldon, Essex.
Founded in 1998 by Mark and Vicky Lopez, De-ice delivers winter gritting services across the UK, mainly to the business and FM sector.
Other companies recently acquired by Nurture Landscapes includes Enterprise Plants and Grace Landscapes at the end of 2018, and Eco Landscapes, Dermita Plants, McDermott Contract Services and Jordan Plants in the latter half of 2019.
According to their website, the group now employs over 1,200 staff and services in excess of 3,000 clients over 10,000 sites across the UK.
