• Pareto FM’s Andrew Hulbert Wins Leader of the Year Award

The Founder and Vice Chair of Pareto FM has been awarded the Leader of the Year title at the PFM 2024 Awards. 

New for 2024, the Leader of the Year award is a celebration of executive and C-Suite leaders in facilities management who demonstrate excellence in ESG, net-zero and people management as well as commercial success.

Andrew was nominated alongside Claire Curran, Managing Director at Linaker and Dominic Ponniah, CEO and Co-Founder at Cleanology.

Andrew said, “This award is a recognition of Pareto’s journey over the past decade. It’s not just about me—it’s about the incredible work our team delivers every day. Together, we set out to disrupt the sector, and this award embodies the values we’ve built into Pareto. We’re only just getting started.”
