Pareto FM has unveiled an evolved brand identity and leadership structure, marking the next step in its development and aimed at reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality engineering and facilities services across the UK and Ireland.
Founded in 2014, Pareto has established itself as a provider of engineering and workspace solutions and the integration of Sowga has strengthened the organisation’s depth in technical services, compliance and projects, and the support of complex estates.
The evolution of the brand is to reflect a clearer, more confident expression of who Pareto is today and to show a business that is ready to scale further while staying true to their values.
The executive team -James Clarke (CEO), Kelly Holt (CCO), Will Metcalfe (COO), brings together expertise across engineering, data, technology, and client engagement. Founder Andrew Hulbert continues to play a key strategic role as Vice Chair, ensuring continuity of the culture and values that remain central to Pareto’s success.
James Clarke, Chief Executive Officer, said: “This is an important milestone for Pareto. We’ve assembled an exceptional leadership team that combines technical depth, commercial insight, and operational experience, all focused on one goal: delivering even greater value for our clients.”
Kelly Holt, Chief Commercial Officer, added: “This next chapter is about people, the insight that drives our decisions and the teams that deliver every day. Our evolution allows us to stay agile and enhance our capability while maintaining the partnership and flexibility our clients value. It’s a natural progression that keeps us aligned to what our clients need today and in the future.”
