Planet Mark Acquired by Alcumus

Sustainability certification company and ThisWeekinFM Partner Planet Mark has been acquired by Alcumus.

The move will allow Planet Mark to expand its client and partner offering and make use of Alcumus’ international presence. 

Planet Mark has reassured its partners and clients that they can expect business as usual: “We will continue to honour our commitments to our valued partners and explore new and exciting ways to work together collaboratively.” 

CEO and Founder of Planet Mark Steve Malkin added: “As we reach our 10-year milestone, it gives the team and me great confidence knowing we’re joining forces with such a dynamic company as Alcumus. Alcumus is a well-established provider of workplace safety and compliance solutions, founded in 1991 and headquarters in Wales.
