Product Focus – Revolving Green Fund

Energy management initiatives are key in achieving long-term carbon reduction goals but, in the current economic climate, companies may struggle to find the capital investment required to implement them.

Utility Team have created the Revolving Green Fund, which provides businesses with interest-free funding to deliver energy-efficient projects and technologies.

In these Product Focus Interviews, we join FM consultant Scott Newland along with James Rant and Delvin Lane from Utility Team, to explore this funding opportunity and how it can be used by facilities teams.

In Part One the fund is explained in more detail and in Part Two we look at what projects it can be used to implement.

"Anything that we can do as facilities managers that has an impact on the environment, to reduce emissions and at the same time save energy, I think is a necessary project that needs to be, one way or another, still delivered."

– Scott Newland
