Leverage Security has announced that Satia Rai will join the company as its new Chief Operating Officer.

Satia, who is the CEO of the International Professional Security Association (IPSA), began her career in security 30 years ago, starting out on the front line in the retail sector. Since then, Satia has played a significant role in various key organisations including Securitas UK, Kingdom Security and TC Facilities Management. She’s also well known for her voluntary work as a member of the Security Skills Board and is Chair of the Security EDI Forum. Satia is also a committee member of the LGBT+ Facilities Management Network Group and has been a global keynote speaker at numerous industry conferences.

In her new role, Satia will spearhead operational strategies, optimising processes, and nurturing partnerships that fuel sustainable growth.
