Read Full ArticleTrane Technologies, the home of building technology brands Trane and Thermo King, has completed its acquisition of asset management workflow software provider Nuvolo.
The acquisition means Trane Technologies will be able to expand its workplace and asset management solutions capabilities, by integrating Nuvolo Connected Workplace into its platform.
The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed, and Nuvolo Founder and CEO Tom Stanford will join Trane Technologies in a leadership role. 250 members of Nuvolo staff will also move across.
