Arrow Capital Partners has appointed VolkerFitzpatrick as the main contractor for a 327,000 sq ft speculative logistics development in Bolton.

Arrow Point Bolton received planning permission in January 2025 and will feature two warehouse units of 107,500 sq ft and 220,250 sq ft. 

The units will have rooftop photovoltaic panels, EV charging points, a 4.5 MVA power supply, 15-metre eaves, 82 HGV trailer bays, 32 dock levellers, and five-level access doors. The project is targeting a BREEAM Outstanding certification and an EPC A rating.

The development is part of Arrow Capital Partners’ joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management. The site was previously fully let to Essity Operations Limited.

Arrow Point Bolton is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2026.
