Zurich is one of Social Enterprise UK’s Buy Social Corporate Partners, with targets in place to embrace and actively work with social enterprises.
Led in partnership with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport, the Buy Social Corporate Challenge was launched in Downing Street in April 2016, and encourages members to collectively spend £1 billion with social enterprises through their procurement.
Louise Sheppard Zurich’s UK Head of Workplace Services & Premises Sustainability commented:
‘At Zurich, we strive to drive positive social, environmental and ethical outcomes. As a Social Enterprise, Corps supports Zurich’s ambitions and understands the importance of putting people and communities at the heart of the business.
