ABM UK has been awarded a contract by JLL’s Managed Services UK team to provide services across a number of retail sites.   

The multi-year contract will see ABM provide cleaning with associated services and security services to six shopping centres across England and Wales. The facilities provider will deploy approximately 120 team members to the contract who will be supported by both site and regional management focussed on delivering world-class customer service.  

The retail sites included in the contract are Castlepoint in Bournemouth, Cascades in Portsmouth, Old George in Salisbury, Kingsway in Newport, Castle Court in Caerphilly and the Mermaid in Cardiff.  

John McPherson, Managing Director at ABM UK commented: “We’re delighted with the win. This is our first contract with JLL’s Managed Services UK division which builds on the existing relationship we have with the broader JLL business.
