Andron Facilities Management, the national soft FM provider, has signed a five-year deal with JLL Property & Asset Management UK.

The new national contract encompasses a range of soft services across 141 sites, including daily cleaning, window cleaning, washroom services and pest control. The deal also includes the option to extend by a further two years.

Over 500 Andron employees will support the contract, working across multi-let offices, shopping centres, retail parks, industrial estates, and business parks in Scotland, the North of England and London.

An existing JLL partner of over seven years, Andron already delivers services to 134 of the 141 sites – 85 of which are based within the City of London.

Full Review of JLL Portfolio

As part of the tender process, Andron completed a full review of all sites, transitioning staff to recycled uniforms, replacing all end-of-life equipment with energy-efficient alternatives and removing shrink-wrapped consumable products from across the portfolio.

All staff are also now paid the Real Living Wage and London Living Wage.
