• Bellrock Acquires Summers-Inman Construction and Property Consultants

Bellrock has acquired cost management firm Summers-Inman Construction and Property Consultants LLP.

Based in Newcastle, Summers-Inman provides cost management, quantity surveying, project management and building surveying services to the UK’s private and public sectors including clients such as Pepsi, McDonalds and Philips.It has eight regional offices in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds, Leicester, London, Manchester, Newcastle and Teesside.

Bellrock says that the acquisition will add “considerable regional expertise” in locations like the Midlands, the North, Scotland and London.

This news comes just a month after Bellrock announced the acquisition of space booking platform WiggleDesk.
