• Bellrock Group Acquires Capital & Provincial

Bellrock Property & Facilities Management has acquired the project management and property consultancy company Capital & Provincial.

Bellrock, formerly known as SGP Property Services, is a provider of specialist risk-focused workplace & property management solutions in the UK.

Capital & Provincial are a project management and consultancy service in the commercial property sector. Their team of 20+ project management and cost control consultants will now join Bellrock Group.

Andrew Chisholm, Managing Director, Capital and Provincial, part of the Bellrock Group said: “I am excited by the opportunities that the acquisition holds for Capital & Provincial.
