Churchill has secured a three-year cleaning contract with flexible office space provider Harbour Exchange. 

Starting in October 2024, Churchill will provide services to three areas of Harbour Exchange’s estate: HX1 and HX2 towers and Harbour Exchange Square Waterside Campus.

The contract includes horizontal and vertical cleaning, washroom services, pest control, and planned preventative maintenance. A team of 13 cleaners and support staff will work on this project, led by Churchill’s Account Director, Charles Walden.

Charles said: “Harbour Exchange is an exciting and prestigious client. As a provider that is well accustomed to the Canary Wharf area, we will ensure the best results for The Harbour Exchange and the surrounding communities. We are excited to implement our innovations to further enhance the buildings and support our team on site.”
