CIBSE to Move to New Farringdon HQ

CIBSE to Move to New Farringdon HQ
26 September 2024

After selling its Balham headquarters in June 2024, the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers will move to a new office at 91-94 Saffron Hill.

The Farringdon office spans 1,542m² over lower ground, ground, and three upper floors. CIBSE will occupy the second and third floors, with tenants on the ground and first floors.

CEO Ruth Carter said: “When we think about CIBSE being insightful, leading and challenging – this is the perfect building to embody that vision. This is a building that CIBSE can be proud of.”

CIBSE’s previous site at 222 Balham High Road was the institution’s home for over 45 years. Whilst retrofitting the existing site was considered, the cost involved meant that a relocation was the best option.

Allsop's City Investment team managed the acquisition of the Saffron Hill property.
