Compleo Launches New High-Power 200 kW EV Charger

EV charging manufacturer Compleo has unveiled its 200 kW ultra-fast electric vehicle charger.

The eTower 200 can deliver 200 kW ultra-fast charging for two vehicles simultaneously. Using the unit’s seven power modules, power distribution is balanced across both vehicles, depending on each EV’s charging curve and state of charge.

The charger also has low noise features, operating at just 55dB at a one-meter distance, making it suitable for residential areas.

The product was launched at a VIP event in Soho, hosted by sustainability journalist John Curtis. It also included a panel consisting of Lia Knight (ChargeSafe) and Susana Neves e Brooks (SSEN). The new charger will start shipping to UK customers in May.

Group CEO Jorg Lohr said during a presentation at the event: "I always tell the team, ‘we are not selling a piece of hardware to our customers, we are selling uptime availability and reliability. We are super convinced that in the future we can provide you with even better products”.
