Emcor Secures TFM Contract With the Department of Health and Social Care

Emcor UK has extended its partnership with the Department of Health and Social Care for a further five years.

The contract was obtained through the Crown Commercial Services Framework and will start in the last quarter of 2025, providing national coverage to several facilities.

The Department of Health and Social Care estate includes offices, laboratories, blood centres, warehouses, and storage facilities.

Under the contract, Emcor UK will provide facilities management services, including engineering, cleaning, security, and front-of-house and catering services.

Kevin Childs, Operations Director at Emcor UK, said: “We are delighted to have secured this contract with DHSC. As the incumbent comprehensive FM service provider, this win in a hugely competitive market demonstrates our team’s expertise and knowledge.

“The contract will embody our values of ‘Together as one’ and ‘Active and ambitious’, ensuring we continue to innovate and provide best value throughout the contract term to such an important government department.”
