EMCOR UK has been named a market leader in innovation and growth by an independent benchmarking tool.

Frost Radar by Frost & Sullivan evaluates companies by their focus on continuous innovation and their ability to translate their innovations into consistent growth.

EMCOR UK was recognised for its early adoption of deep machine learning to improve its expertise in smart facilities, its AXIS app provides a powerful end-customer experience, and that EMCOR UK is working closely with a range of sectors to address Industry 4.0.

The company’s revenue has grown above the overall UK market growth since 2014. Frost & Sullivan attributes this to its excellence in service delivery, contract management, and leadership.

John Raspin, Partner in Energy and Environment at Frost & Sullivan, said: “EMCOR UK occupies the leading position on the Frost Radar™ in the European FM market, showing excellence in both growth and innovation. Alongside outstanding growth in recent years, it’s been a pioneer in technology deployment and has been exceptional at innovating around business models, customer engagement, collaborative working and sustainability. These are great indicators of future growth potential and ongoing success.”

“EMCOR UK is a market leader in sustainability and has boldly committed to be net-zero by 2030 for internal operations and service delivery. Its leadership can be seen in its strategy for dynamic and disruptive energy management and decarbonisation services, while also driving circular economy initiatives across its service delivery and value chains. It was also the first FM firm to be recognized with IS0 20400, the international guidance standard for sustainable procurement, showing its commitment to best practices and industry leadership.”

Keith Chanter, CEO at EMCOR UK, added: “The Frost Radar™ is a dynamic independent benchmarking tool and we’re delighted to be the leading European FM firm in both innovation and growth. This is testament to years of strategic innovation that have all supported our key objective – to create a better world at work. This acknowledgement shows that we are on the right path and innovation will continue to be at the forefront of our business strategy.”
