Ormiston Academies Trust has contracted GSH Group to provide technical facilities management services for their eastern region portfolio.

The multi-year contract spans approximately a dozen schools in the East of England which are part of Ormiston's broader network of educational facilities, including sites in Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.

GSH's service delivery will focus on providing technical maintenance services including planned preventative maintenance, 24/7 reactive support, HVAC, hot water, and electrical distribution systems, as well as some specialist services.

GSH already has experience in the education sector, working with a number of academies, colleges and universities, including facilities for student accommodation.

Founded in 1895 in Stoke-on-Trent, GSH Group has since grown to cover North America, Europe and India.

GSH’s UK Commercial Director, Mark Pawson, commented: “This contract win consolidates our position as a leading FM provider in the educational sector, and strengthens our continued growth in the UK. We are excited about the opportunity to partner with Ormiston Academies Trust and ensure their facilities are maintained to the highest standards.”
