Michelle Quinn, Facilities Support Manager at St Francis Hospice in Dublin, has won the ISS Global Apple Award, the highest individual award available to ISS employees globally.
Michelle initially won the ISS Apple Award for the UK & Ireland region in February 2024, earning her a place in the final round of the global competition at ISS’s annual leadership conference in Oslo in late May 2025.
ISS Group CEO Kasper Fangel named Michelle as this year’s global winner for her 14 years of service at ISS Ireland, at client site St. Francis Hospice, which provides specialist palliative care for patients in North Dublin and the surrounding counties.
“I’m truly honoured to have received this award; to be recognised alongside so many inspiring stories from across our organisation globally is an incredible privilege,” said Michelle.
“It really is incredible to be part of an organisation that empowers its people to bring their best selves to work every day. Here’s to continuing to raise the bar, together.”
“Her achievement is a testament to the profound ability our people have to make a meaningful difference for those we serve, and is an inspiration to all of us, not just at ISS, but across our industry.”
