IFM Summit 2023 – Fireside Chat With Louisa Clarke
02 May 2023
Infraspeak’s IFM Summit 2023 panel concluded with a fireside chat with Louisa Clarke, Churchill’s first-ever female Operational Director. Louisa spoke about Churchill’s success story, digitisation in FM, and her work supporting veterans transitioning to civilian life.
In conversation with Liliana Pinho, Head of Strategic Marketing at Infraspeak, Louisa Clarke described how Churchill’s approach to digitisation meant that the business was able to adapt during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also praised Churchill’s leadership team and her experience of working for a business that “lives its values”.
Louisa also delved into her own career story and her background in the Royal Air Force, which has led to her becoming a recognised and vocal supporter of veteran careers in FM.
