In ThisWeekinFM’s Spotlight Interview, Justine Salmon, Operations Manager at ABM, discussed how FM companies can attract more women into engineering professions and how she’s helping her clients get ready for the electric vehicle revolution.

Justine Salmon is Operations Manager for ABM's mobile engineering and regional contracts. She has over 20 years' worth of engineering experience, covering multiple disciplines and portfolio contracts, including a national partnership contract with 100+ sites. 

Through her work with ABM’s J.E.E.P programme, Justine is helping to tackle the many misconceptions in the FM industry amongst young people. Promoting technical positions to young women is a major part of the J.E.E.P mission, as is giving students a guided introduction to core FM subjects.
