Well known UK software provider Innovise has been acquired by TEAM Software. Innovise is known for managing time and attendance and work outcomes in the security guarding, cleaning and wider FM sector.  

TEAM Software itself is a leading provider of technology solutions for contractors in the North American cleaning and security guarding markets - and has been in the process of breaking into the UK and European arenas.

TEAM is backed by Accel-KKR, a technology-focused investment firm with US$9 billion of committed capital across its funds.

By joining forces, TEAM and Innovise together have customers on five continents, more than 750,000 end users and 50 years’ collective know-how. Almost three-quarters of the top cleaning and security companies in North America, the UK and Ireland use software from TEAM or Innovise.

TEAM offers technology that includes a full-service accounting and financial package, operations management, mobile workforce management and business analytics. Innovise supplies workforce management which covers all aspects from pre-employment through to invoicing and payroll.

Global expansion
