• Jaguar Building Services Appointed by CBRE for M&E Contract at The Gilbert

CBRE has appointed Jaguar Building Services to deliver M&E services at The Gilbert on Finsbury Square.

The Gilbert was refurbished in 2021 and offers seven floors of office space with a central courtyard and six terraces with southern exposure. It was the first Brookfields Properties site to be net-zero in construction and the renovation saved approximately 80 per cent of the embedded carbon emissions compared to a new building. 90 per cent of the original structure was retained in the refurbishment.

The building also has an ActiveScore Platinum certification for its end-of-trip facilities.

The contract will be overseen by Account Manager Elliott Taylor, with Tom Amos as the Business Unit Head.

Elliott commented: “The Gilbert is a fantastic building, and Jaguar has the expertise and technical experience necessary for structures of this kind. I look forward to continuing our partnership with CBRE and ensuring that our M&E solution is both innovative and energy efficient.”
