Mountpark Appoints Tom Mills As Director For Capital Markets

Tom Mills joins Mountpark with over a decade specialising in industrial and logistics capital markets across Europe.
Most recently, he was Director at CBRE, European Capital Markets Industrial & Logistics, advising on acquisitions, funding and disposals across the full development lifecycle.
In his new role at Mountpark, Tom Mills will grow the firm’s capital markets activity from the principal side. His remit includes capital raising and the origination of joint venture and co-investment structures, supporting Mountpark’s active development pipeline across the UK, Ireland and Continental European markets. He will also support disposal strategies once projects reach business plan targets and play a key role in discussions with joint venture capital partners
Tom Mills is a familiar face to the Mountpark business, having worked closely with the team throughout his agency career. Most notably, he acted as advisor on the portfolio in 2020, spanning assets across the UK, Ireland and France for the company. He also advised on the sale of the Amazon Return Center at Mountpark Sered in Slovakia, disposal of Mountpark Baldonnell II in 2024, and numerous site acquisitions across the development pipeline. This deep understanding of the Mountpark brand, operations and development strategy has enabled a smooth transition into the business.
