• East London NHS Foundation Trust Appoints CBRE for Hard FM Contract

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions will partner with East London NHS Foundation Trust to improve hard FM delivery across its estate.

CBRE will deliver hard facilities management services at 130 NHS sites, using its AI-powered service management platform to analyse facilities data from across the whole estate. CBRE has pledged to prioritise local suppliers, partner with schools and employ early-career apprentice engineers.

The East London NHS Foundation Trust is a mental health and primary care trust with facilities across Newham, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Bedfordshire and Luton. It provides mental health facilities, community health services and primary care to over 1.8 million people. The trust recently achieved its third consecutive “Outstanding” rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). 

David Stevens, Director of Estates, Facilities & Capital Development at ELFT, said: “We are excited to be partnering with CBRE to improve the delivery of hard services across our estate. This collaboration will be transformational for the Trust, enabling us to enhance our facilities for patients and staff across ELFT, while also continuing to support our local communities.”
