JLL has released a suite of software services that claim to be the “first comprehensive, ultra-secure AI platform for the commercial real estate industry.”

The platform, called JLL Falcon, combines market data, business trends, JLL's proprietary market research and information with generative AI models, allowing insights to be extracted easily.

The model can use this data to, for example, analyse space usage data and suggest better layouts or use market data to inform negotiation with suppliers for office supplies and services.

JLL Falcon will also be used to inform JLL’s own large language model JLL GPT. Launched in August 2023, JLL GPT is the first large language model purpose-built for the commercial real estate industry, allowing JLL's facilities managers to ask natural-language questions, with the AI returning data-driven responses. Since the launch, more than 47,000 JLL professionals have already used the tool.

"We've had great success putting game-changing AI capabilities into the hands of our CRE professionals, to augment and amplify their unmatched expertise," said Yao Morin, JLL's Chief Technology Officer. "JLL Falcon will build on what we've already achieved and unlock even more custom, AI-enabled solutions that help shape the future of real estate for a better world."

Mihir Shah, CEO, JLL Technologies added: "JLL Falcon will serve as the foundation for the continued innovation of products and services that help shape the CRE industry. The platform combines JLL's extensive expertise with some of the most advanced technology available today, transforming how we work and paving the way to deliver enhanced outcomes for the benefit of our people and our clients."
