Kings Secure Technologies Acquires EFire

Kings Secure Technologies is to acquire UK fire and life safety systems provider East Fire Extinguishers and Alarms.

First established in 2011 and headquartered in Norwich with over 50 engineers across the UK, EFire provides the full range of consult, design, install and maintenance services, successfully delivering into the healthcare, education and industrial sectors.

EFire, combined with KST’s existing smoke ventilation business, Silver Group strengthens the companies’ experience and offerings in the life safety systems market.

Darren Gamage, Chief Operating Officer of Kings Secure Technologies stated: "I am excited to be able to announce this acquisition. Commenting on the acquisition Roger Sparrow, Managing Director of EFire said: “With the backing of KST’s resources and reach, we look forward to delivering a wider range of services to our clients.  We will combine our core strengths with those of the existing companies within the KST group, deepening our industry expertise. We recognised KST as the perfect fit for our business and I am delighted that this acquisition is now complete.”
