Kärcher UK has announced the promotion of Paul Bensley to Sales Director for the UK Professional Business as part of an internal restructure.

Paul will lead the entire Professional Sales Team along with the Field Solutions Team, Kärcher UK Training Academy and Professional Service Business. This move will bring together the sales and service functions.

New Focus on Facilities Management Sector

The new approach is part of Kärcher’s strategic growth plans which involves focusing both the sales and service businesses on industry-specific target groups to drive its growth goal, including FM, agriculture and healthcare.

Joining Kärcher UK in 2018, he went on to increase sales turnover by 42 per cent for the cleaning technology company. Paul has also served in the British Military.

Paul Bensley, Sales Director at Kärcher UK commented, “I’m excited to take on the role of Sales Director for the UK Professional business during an incredibly interesting time for Kärcher. To lead the Professional Business as part of our ambitious plans to grow the business and re-shape the customer experience is a real honour. I am looking forward to working closely with the wider teams to achieve our future audacious goals.”

Simon Keeping, Managing Director at Kärcher UK added, “Paul’s impact in driving the Sales teams has been felt from the moment he joined the business.
