• Thermatic Appoints Joe Lyon as CEO

Thermatic Operations Director Joe Lyon has been promoted to CEO.

Joe will take over from Paul Douglas-Fleet, who is emigrating to take on a new role. Commenting on the promotion, he said: "I am honoured to step into the role of CEO and grateful for the trust and support of our owners, my colleagues, and the wider Thermatic team. I would also like to personally thank Paul for his inspiring work as CEO.

“As we move forward, I’m committed to leading with ownership, integrity, clarity, and empathy. As a business Thermatic strives to make buildings and their environments better. We are bold in our approach; we do what’s right for our people and our clients and I’m excited to lead an organisation where colleagues are proud to be part of something special.” 

Thematic has also promoted Jen Buckley to Director of People and Client Services, Ivan Morley will move into the role of Growth Director, Rachael Crozier has been appointed Director of Risk and Compliance, and Dean Purcell is now Commercial Finance Director.
