• Andrew Nichol Joins 14forty as Director of Hard Services

14forty, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has appointed Andrew Nichol as Director of Hard Services.

Andrew previously spent 11 years at Integral UK as Managing Director of Engineering Operations and has also worked as a consultant for a range of businesses, including McKinsey.

His remit at 14forty, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland’s Business & Industry sector, will be to improve self-delivered Hard FM and Total Facilities Management services, under the guidance of Managing Director Antony Collett.The business currently delivers Hard FM services to a third of its clients, but wants to expand this.

Andrew said, “I’m excited to join 14forty at such an important stage in its growth.

“My focus will be on scaling the Hard FM and TFM services, strengthening our engineering capabilities and enhancing high-performing teams that deliver outstanding results for our clients.

“We’re ready to recruit new talent, embrace innovation and grow the business sustainably whilst maintaining the quality and reputation 14forty is known for.”
