Read Full ArticleM&E specialist Linaker is set to open new offices in Belfast and Dublin in April 2024.
The expansion means that the Linaker team will provide mechanical, electrical, air-conditioning, heating, supplementary and sustainability services across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The company already has regional hubs in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Livingston, London and Manchester.
Linaker predicts that the expansion will add over £5 million of revenue per year to the company’s current portfolio.
A recruitment drive has already begun, and an Irish Business Director will be appointed.
Claire Curran, Managing Director at Linaker, said: “This is an exciting time for all of us at Linaker, where we are able to expand our already extensive network of offices to provide even more for our current and new clients. Each office will have full operational infrastructure, ensuring service delivery based on comprehensive local knowledge”.
