Bidvest Noonan has won the combined security services contract for Iarnród Éireann, Bus Éireann, and Bus Átha Cliath (Dublin Bus nationwide).
This brings together three of Ireland’s national transport providers under a single contract. Iarnród Éireann operates Intercity, Commuter, and DART rail services across Ireland. Bus Éireann provides buses and coaches throughout the Republic of Ireland, except Dublin which is covered by Bus Átha Cliath.
Over 300 employees will transfer to Bidvest Noonan as part of the deal, which will see a dedicated team providing frontline and on-board security, mobile patrols, key-holding and the opening and locking of stations.
