Current CEO Keith Chanter is to retire after 16 years with EMCOR.
Other recent new appointments at the UK-based facilities and building services company include Rebekah Randall as its new Head of Talent, Rebecca Paterson as Executive Director for Marketing, and Emma McLaughlin-Edwards as Executive Director, ED&I.
EMCOR Group, the parent company of EMCOR UK, reported in its Q3 financial results that its UK building services segment is “executing well with an operating margin of eight per cent despite challenging market conditions.”
Cheryl joined EMCOR UK as CFO in 2021. Her previous roles include UKI CFO at AECOM, an auditor in South Africa with Hills Howard & Associates and an infrastructure controller at ICO Global Communications, a telecommunications company. She is a Chartered Accountant and has both a BCompt. degree and Honours degree in Finance.
Anthony J. Guzzi, Chai, President and Chief Executive Officer of EMCOR Group, Inc. said, “We are pleased to appoint Cheryl as the next CEO of EMCOR UK. With her significant business experience and financial acumen, we are confident that under her leadership the business will continue to successfully drive its growth as it delivers customer-focused solutions in the fast-paced UK facilities market.”

Cheryl McCall added, “I am honoured to serve as EMCOR UK’s next CEO. My experiences over the past two years at EMCOR UK have only further intensified my belief that there are tremendous growth opportunities ahead, and I am excited to continue working with our exceptional team to build upon the great accomplishments Keith has led.”
