Maintenance contractor Novus Property Solutions has appointed its longstanding employee Lee Hartley to be the next CEO.

Lee has worked for Novus for 25 years, starting as a trainee Quantity Surveyor in 1996. He held various commercial and operational positions before being appointed to its board in 2013, when Novus was launched as its own trading entity following a restructuring of Seddon Property Services Ltd. Lee has occupied various roles including Chief Operating Officer and most recently Executive Director.

Commencing his new role on 1 January 2024, Lee will work with outgoing CEO Steve Davies on a handover for the remainder of 2023.
