• OCS Acquires Exclusive Services Group

Ipswich-based FM services company OCS has acquired Exclusive Services Group, who provides contract cleaning services across the UK and Ireland. 

This is OCS’ fourth acquisition in 12 months, including Accuro, Abate Pest Management and Profile Security Services.

By acquiring Exclusive Services Group, OCS will expand its cleaning division in education, data centres, leisure, media and retail sectors. Exclusive  Services Group is a data centre cleaning specialist, a key growth area for OCS, and has strong experience in the leisure sector.
