• OCS Acquires Profile Security Services

FM company OCS has acquired Profile Security Services for an undisclosed sum.

Profile Security Services is an independent security specialist headquartered in Lincolnshire, with offices in Aberdeen, Birmingham, Cardiff, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London and Warrington. Founded in 1980, the firm initially provided manned guarding but has since evolved into a technology-enabled security solutions provider.

OCS, which merged with Atalian Servest this year under the ownership of private Equity Firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, has said that it will use the acquisition to further its goal of becoming “the best facilities services business in the world.”

This is OCS’ second acquisition of the year after it acquired Accuro in October.
